4. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice.
We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm if you want to proceed or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products we offer.
5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed on the site.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge you for the total amount of your order including taxes, shipping, and any additional fees.
If payment fails, your order may be canceled automatically.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We will ship products to the address you provided, as long as it is within the regions we serve (currently within the U.S.).
Estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page or at checkout, but they are not guaranteed—they are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to carrier or external factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once goods leave our facility (or it’s otherwise shipped by our designated carrier).
You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or issues to us within 3 days.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unopened products within [e.g. 30] days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions in this section.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before filing suit, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes via direct negotiation or mediation.
14. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
